Intermediate Oracle APEX with Scott Spendolini
Intermediate APEX is designed for someone who has some APEX development experience and is looking to tap into some of the more sophisticated features of the tool as well as the Oracle Database.
The course starts out by discussing concepts such as database logic and regular expressions. It then highlights how to use Oracle Database features as well as 3rd party products with APEX. Students will integrate an external web service with their APEX application. Time is spent with three of the APEX APIs - APEX_MAIL, APEX_APPLICATION and APEX_ITEM. The course also examines how to better secure your APEX applications. It concludes with packaging up your application and discusses deployment options. |
